Pet Stain Removal

7-5-16.jpgIt’s a weekday morning, you wake up, walk into the living room, and see that your pet has left a nice surprise for you on the carpet.  While we love our pets, they can cause some headaches and heartaches from time to time.  Thankfully, there are some easy, in-home remedies that are sure to get that stain out of your carpet— quick enough to get you out the door on time, and powerful enough to get the stain out, no matter how bad it seems.

An age-old method to get out pet stains in carpet is to use a vinegar-baking soda solution, which will lift the stain while leaving your carpet smelling fresh.  Simply add 2 cups of vinegar, 2 cups of lukewarm water, and 4 tablespoons of baking soda into a spray bottle.  Now, wipe up or pick up what you can, and then generously spray the area with the solution.  Let it sit for a solid 5 minutes, then come back with a dry cloth and dab the area dry.  After you finish, you should have your carpet looking normal again, and smelling fresh.

If the stain still persists after your in-home solution, you can try commercial products, but just be aware that they will do just about the same as the baking soda-vinegar solution.  The best thing to do when a stain still persists is to call in the professionals, and have us remove it the right way.  We offer spot-cleaning in addition to our whole home cleaning, so you can pay for what you need, when you need it.  Not only that, but with a money-back guarantee, you can be assured that you are getting the best cleaning possible.
